We have recently rented a commercial space through Tilt Commercial after two failed attempts on other properties with an alternative agency. The other agency placed unreasonable clauses in their tenancy agreements, were unhelpful when it came to negotiations and left us feeling deflated as the area we were wanting was predominantly serviced by this agency. Craig at Tilt Commercial was amazing from the start. He was friendly and helpful, the agreement was fair and reasonable, they were accommodating to our needs and prompt with their responses. We are so thankful we waited for the right property with the right agent and would 100% recommend them.

for a lease valued at a quarter of a million dollars, this should have been a 5 star review, however unfortunately after a friendly 6 year lease with no issues, on make good we received from the newly appointed property manager ridiculous quotes for painting double the price (over $8000) than we gained at less than half of that price, the cleaning quote supplied incurred $45 for cleaning agents?? hello really for office/warehouse which totalled over $650, and no response as to when bond refund will occur, occupants of same units concerned, property manager needs a lesson in basic mannersa manners.
