To Whom it may concern,Ross Scarfone are the Managing agents for the two factories that I own & have looked after both of them for around 15 years, I have always found them friendly easy to get on with, if I require anything done it gets sorted out quickly and my smaller factory I have had to get new rentals in occasionally and I also leave this up to Paul Scarfone to organise which also happens pretty quickly, I would recommend them as Managing Agents or to use them to sell any properties I have.RegardsDave Pottinger

I have used Ross Scarfone Real Estate for over 30 years, when looking for or managing properties. Having used another Real Estate Company previously, I have never regretted changing. Both Paul and Jason, as well as Ross before his retirement have always been excellent to work with. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have dealt with Ross Scarfone Real Estate in excess of 25 years, although I had met Ross in the early 80's. He came across as extremely knowledgeable and empathetic then, so when it was time to use the services of a commercial agent, this was our man. We have used Scarfone Real Estate for all our commercial purchases, sales and leasing both as tenant and landlord. Paul took over as Property Manager some years ago and is from the same mould as his father. Now that Ross has retired Paul is principal and we still enjoy the same professional service as always. I could not recommend Ross Scarfone Real Estate highly enough.

Paul and Ross are great guys to deal with, and have known them for 15+ years but as for the property managers they use they have a lot to be weary of.Exuberant fees for contractor work with what seems as little to no care for the leaseholders financial welfare.Note for Scarfone Property managers: Take the extra time to get MULTIPLE quotes on contractor work required at your managed properties and this review would never need to be posted up.Its your duty of care.
